It’s an experimental raygun!
Okay, yeah, it’s bike parts. Built this up for a gift exchange, and I think it turned out great. I figured out how to mount a trigger-actuated laser pointer into it, but I didn’t have time to do so before the exchange, and Matt, who lives in Vancouver, has opted to take it without it being an actual real-life laser gun.
Most of my parts are from my personal collection, EBC‘s metal recycling and MEC’s metal recycling. The plaque is a curling trophy from the Reuse Centre with shelving pins in it.

This picture isn’t great, but here’s the detail from the plaque.
I don’t know what the part between the two bells is. Do you? please let me know!
Do you want something like this? You can commission one from me! We can talk details if you fire an email to blindfish.jesse@gmail.com, and if you want I can include any combination of display plaque, case and even fully installed laser effects.
